How to Feel Full

I discovered that to feel full you must eat food with fiber. My formula is "one gram of fiber for every one hundred calories." Only eat food that has this amount of fiber or more. Do not eat food without fiber. I have followed this plan for twenty years and I lost fifty pounds in the first couple years and have stayed at the same weight. Only eat food that has at least "one gram of fiber for every one hundred calories." ALL fruits, vegetables, nuts are good. Meat and cheese has no fiber. For all other foods, you must read the information on the box. Try it -- It Works.

If you want to eat meat or cheese, you must eat it with high fiber foods or in a Chile, Stew, or Soup.
