The Beginning of Time
The creation of facebook and youtube marked the beginning of time. Technically, the beginning of time was June 24, 1994 when the internet reached critical mass, but for all practical purposes modern time did not start until the creation of facebook and youtube. Welcome to the future. We have arrived.

of course i should have said "modern recorded and documented time" but that is not as concise and poetic. In a few hundred years, life before the internet will be a "black hole" of doubt and supposition because so little documentation will survive in comparison to the mountains of data we are now creating.
