1. Logically analyze the facts and conclusions
2. Point out errors in assumptions and truth of facts
3. Point out errors in logic in arriving at conclusions
4. Be polite and courteous
5. Use good grammar and complete sentences.
6. Avoid all personal references and talk about the issue only.
7. Be persistent, but refuse to accept inappropriate behavior.
