Maybe this pandemic will expose the total lack of love and generosity that is present in USA America today? Maybe the pandemic will expose the extreme economic disparity in USA American society? Maybe the pandemic will make life better?

At the time of the Bolshevik Revolution in 1914, 60% of the working population of Moscow was homeless peasants - sleeping with their families under their workbenches at night. A primary goal of the Communists was to provide housing for the unemployed. To this day, having a place to live is a right of citizenship and there are very few homeless people in either Russia or China.

Ten years ago, I was negotiating with a Chinese VFX firm. The offer they gave me was 1/4 of what I was used to make in VFX, but they told me, that the Government would give me a place to live and the salary was only for living expenses. FACT. In China and Russia, you do not pay rent because the government gives you a place to live.
Bill Spitzak It is astounding to me, and a testament to the efficiency of American News Propaganda, that the vast majority of USA Citizens have no idea that in both China and Russia, you are given a place to live by the government as a benefit of citizenship. In both Russia and China you do not pay rent.
ReplyDeleteBill Spitzak After the stock market turndown in 2008, I lost my career in VFX. I did not work for two years and eventually was forced to sell my condo. Neither you or any other person I worked with in the previous thirteen years cared if I had a job, or was homeless and dead. There is no love in USA America.
ReplyDeleteThere are presently over 60,000 people living homeless on the streets of Los Angeles and nobody cares. In the USA we assume this lack of love and understanding is natural and normal. WHY?
ReplyDeleteIn roulette, the statistical probability of winning a small amount after 100 plays is 63%. The other 37% lose everything. In USA America, home ownership is about 63%. Do you see a correlation?
ReplyDeleteBill Spitzak, you are a smart dude that did nothing to help me or my career....
