Prescription for longevity:
1. Get enough sleep. Plan for complete sleep cycles.
2. Take anti-oxident vitamins B & C.
3. Only eat food that has "one gram of fiber for every one hundred calories."
4. Only drink water.
5. No alcohol or cigarettes.
6. Practice honesty and truth.
7. Play music. Make art. Have fun.
